Eid al-Fitr is fast approaching, and workers planning to travel home should know the joint leave and Eid holiday schedule for 2026 to determine the best timing for their homecoming journey.

This year’s Eid celebration offers considerable holiday time that workers can use for leave. The Eid al-Fitr holiday falls close to the Hindu holy day of Nyepi, creating an opportunity to extend the break before returning to work.
