Joint Enforcement Officers Conduct Inspection of Ramadan Gift Parcels in Tulungagung to Ensure Products Are Not Expired
Joint enforcement officers inspected parcel products and food items sold at a supermarket in Tulungagung, East Java, on Friday, 27 February 2026.
The inspection involved the Health Office, BPOM (Indonesian Food and Drug Authority), the Industrial and Trade Office, DPMPTSP (Investment and One-Stop Licensing Service), and the Cooperative and SME Office. The enforcement action was conducted to ensure that snacks and beverages offered for sale met food safety standards, possessed valid production and distribution permits, were in suitable condition for consumption, and had not expired ahead of the Ramadan celebration period.
