Join In! Laugh with Marshel While Learning About Finance for Free

Comedian Marshel Widianto will join the Lampung Financial Festival 2026, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, 5 and 6 September 2026. He will provide entertainment while sharing his personal experiences regarding finance.

Previously, Marshel participated in a successful festival held in Surabaya. Notably, during this upcoming event, Marshel will also distribute prizes to participants, including assistance with boarding house rental costs for two students who have fallen behind on their payments.

In addition to the entertainment, the Lampung Financial Festival will feature Chairul Tanjung in an Educational Class held in collaboration with Bank Mega, titled “From Your First Money to Financial Freedom”. This session will take place on Saturday, 5 September, from 17:00 to 18:00 WIB at the Novotel Lampung.

The festival is organised by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in partnership with CNBC Indonesia in the city of Lampung, following successful events in Surabaya, Medan, and Yogyakarta.

The festival brings together various stakeholders in the financial sector, including policymakers, regulators, financial industry players, academics, and the general public to discuss, share perspectives, and encourage the improvement of financial literacy in Indonesia.

This event represents the LPS’s commitment to providing broader and more in-depth financial education and literacy to the public. As a member of the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK), alongside the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the LPS holds the mandate and responsibility to increase public financial literacy and inclusion.

The Lampung Financial Festival 2026 will feature several engaging activities, such as business talks and educational classes, designed to help more people understand finance and business. Registration for the Lampung Financial Festival on 5-6 September 2026 is available for free.
