The presence of the Commuter Line (KRL) has significantly eased mobility for residents travelling between Yogyakarta and Solo and its surrounding areas. In addition to affordable fares, the KRL offers numerous travel options throughout the day.
Based on the schedule uploaded to the official website, the KRL service connecting Jogja and Solo departs from Tugu Station (Yogyakarta). The route includes 12 intermediate stops: Lempuyangan, Maguroland, Brambanan, Srowot, Klaten, Ceper, Delanggu, Gawok, Purwosari, Solo Balapan, Solo Jebres, and Palur.
In total, there are 15 daily KRL trips between Jogja and Solo. However, one specific service, identified by train number KA 730 F, does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
