Jogja Financial Festival Unpacks How Creativepreneurs Manage Finances

To understand how to manage finances effectively, the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) together with CNBC Indonesia will present an Educational Class Creative-preneurship to guide creative industry entrepreneurs in managing finances. This session is part of Jogja Financial Festival 2026, to be held on 22-23 May 2026 at the Jogja Expo Center (JEC), Yogyakarta.
The Educational Class Creative-preneurship, under the theme “Creative-Preneurship: Managing Finances Behind the Creative Industry”, will take place on Friday, 22 May 2026. The session will feature speakers Deputy Minister of Creative Economy / Deputy Head of the Creative Economy Agency (Ekraf), Irene Umar, and Special Presidential Assistant for Creative Economy Yovie Widianto.
In this event, the financial education classes will be conducted exclusively, allowing participants to gain financial knowledge and investment tips that could be options for the future.
Additionally, on the first day there will be the Edu Class LIKE IT (Leading Indonesian Financial Literacy) themed ‘Financial Survival for the Young Generation’ to be led by representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
Next, the Edu Class Bank Mega×Michael Yeoh with the theme ‘If You Have Rp 10-100 Million Today Where Do You Put It?’, the Edu Class Crypto: New Wealth Era Market, Algorithm, and Money with Adi Budiarso, Robby Bun, and Ronald Wijaya, and the Edu Class with BCA: Beware of Cybercrime with Wani Sabu.
For information, Jogja Financial Festival 2026 will feature a range of engaging activities such as business talks, educational classes, and a career corner. Equally engaging, the event will also include performances from comedians Lapor Pak, and stand-up comedian Kiky Saputri. Each day will feature music performances by leading artists such as Ari Lasso, Happy Asmara, and Juicy Lucy.
On the final day, Sunday 24 May 2026, Jogja Run D-City will be held. The event is designed as a recreational sporting occasion that promotes a healthy lifestyle while strengthening financial literacy and inclusion in the community.
