The Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026, the largest automotive exhibition after China, is being utilised by more than just manufacturers to launch new products and innovations. The event is also being used by PT Jaya Kreasi Indonesia (JKIND), a sponsor of GIIAS 2026, to celebrate its 25-year journey in the nation’s automotive industry.

“This 25-year journey is proof of the deep trust placed in us by the public, our business partners, and our network of official dealers across Indonesia. Our presence at GIIAS 2026 is not merely a product exhibition, but a form of direct appreciation to our consumers,” said Herrys, National Sales & Marketing Manager of PT Jaya Kreasi Indonesia (JKIND), in an official statement on Saturday.

The featured products offer various functions, ranging from reducing solar heat entering the cabin and filtering ultraviolet (UV) rays, to providing protection for vehicle paint layers against light scratches and minor impacts during daily use. Material innovations, such as the use of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and self-healing technology capable of minimising light scratch marks, are among the developments being widely adopted by industry players.

Through GIIAS 2026, vehicle manufacturers and supporting industries are once again demonstrating their complementary relationship. While manufacturers present vehicles with the latest technology, after-sales service providers offer solutions to enhance vehicle comfort, protection, and longevity. This situation reflects the increasing maturity of Indonesia’s automotive industry ecosystem, which relies not only on new vehicle sales but is also supported by the growth of the automotive supporting sector.
