Jetour T2 Bookings Reportedly Exceed 1,500 Units
Jakarta — Jetour has reported continued growth in bookings for its T2 SUV since its initial introduction to the Indonesian market, with cumulative orders now reaching 1,500 units.
Moch Ranggy Radiansyah, Marketing Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia, stated that the high level of consumer interest is evident from the rising booking figures. “In February, Jetour’s total wholesale sales were 217 units and retail sales were 222 units. The largest contribution came from the Jetour T2,” he said.
“We began deliveries in January, and from January onwards we’ve already handed over more than 400 units. However, bookings have already reached 1,500, so we’re ramping up production in stages to accelerate deliveries,” Radiansyah explained.
According to Radiansyah, the primary reason for strong consumer demand for the Jetour T2 is the vehicle’s appealing design and concept. “There are two key factors from the consumer side since this model was first introduced — the attractive design and the overall vehicle concept gave consumers enough confidence to purchase the product,” he noted.
In response to the substantial order volume, Jetour is currently focusing on increasing production capacity to expedite vehicle delivery to customers.
