Jelly Producer Eyes Production Boost via IPO Business Expansion

PT Niramas Utama Tbk (JELI), a producer of coconut-based food and beverages including jelly under the INACO brand, is preparing to list its shares through an initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, targeting fresh funds of around Rp 392 billion. Director of PT Niramas Utama Tbk, Adhi S Lukman, stated that the share IPO is part of the business development strategy for JELI, which has been operating for 35 years, whilst also providing an opportunity for investors to share in the company’s profits. Of the IPO proceeds, 51 per cent will be used to purchase new machinery to strengthen and accelerate business growth, whilst 18 per cent is earmarked to reinforce the logistics system through automation to achieve greater efficiency.
