Ahead of the Ramadan period and Lebaran mudik travel season, PT Indomobil National Distributor, as Jeep’s authorised agent in Indonesia, is launching Jeep Ramadan Siaga, an after-sales service programme designed to ensure customer comfort during long-distance journeys. The initiative aims to maintain vehicles in optimal condition for mudik travels with family.

“For Jeep, the ownership experience includes after-sales service that provides peace of mind to customers. Ahead of this year’s Lebaran mudik period, we are expanding service support through our network of Emergency Service Centres, which are now available at more locations than the previous year, along with various service programmes to ensure customer vehicles remain ready for long-distance travel,” said Ario Soerjo, Chief Operating Officer of Jeep Indonesia.

Through this programme, Jeep customers can enjoy various service offers to prepare their vehicles before mudik travel. During the period of 2–14 March 2026, customers can benefit from spare parts discounts of up to 25 per cent. The programme continues during 30 March–11 April 2026 with spare parts discounts of up to 20 per cent.

As part of Jeep Ramadan Siaga, there are 10 Emergency Service Centres located across several Indonesian cities:

  1. Indomobil Trada Nasional – Halim, Jakarta

  2. Wahana Wirawan – TB Simatupang, Jakarta

  3. Indo Sentosa Trada – Soekarno Hatta, Bandung

  4. Wahana Sun Motor – Setiabudi, Semarang

  5. Wahana Wirawan – Surabaya

Beyond enhancing the ownership experience, Jeep Indonesia continues to introduce vehicle variants for enthusiasts across the country. Marking 85 years of Jeep’s global journey, the brand is presenting a series of special models through the global ‘Twelve 4 Twelve’ programme, including the Jeep 85th Anniversary Edition and Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Edition.

“This year, Jeep marks 85 years as a brand synonymous with freedom and adventure. In Indonesia, the Jeep 85th Anniversary Edition and Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Edition have been unveiled at IIMS 2026 and orders remain open,” Ario added.

“The enthusiasm we are witnessing demonstrates that Jeep’s limited-edition models retain strong appeal, particularly among those who appreciate Jeep’s distinctive character,” Ario concluded.
