JAKARTA – Ahead of the Ramadan period and the Eid exodus, PT Indomobil National Distributor, acting as the Brand Agent (APM) for Jeep in Indonesia, has unveiled an after-sales service programme titled Jeep Ramadan Siaga.

The programme aims to provide security and comfort for customers planning long-distance journeys during the Eid holiday break. Through this initiative, Jeep seeks to ensure that customer vehicles remain in optimal condition when used for the homecoming journey with families.

“Before Eid, we’re offering 25 per cent discounts on spare parts. During the holidays, we’ve also prepared Emergency Service Centres,” said Ario during an iftar gathering at the Stellantis Brand House in Jakarta on Friday, 14 March 2026.

Ario added that Jeep Indonesia is providing Emergency Service Centres at 10 locations, all spread across Java, Sumatra, and Bali.

“And afterwards, until April, we’re offering 20 per cent discounts on spare parts. For customers who’ve completed long journeys and want another check,” Ario stated.

Ario noted that customers can visit any of these locations directly if their vehicle encounters problems. They can also contact the emergency service line at 14023.

Through the Jeep Ramadan Siaga programme, customers can take advantage of various servicing offers to prepare their vehicles before the homecoming journey. This initiative is also expected to help vehicle owners maintain optimal performance throughout their travels.
