JCI Strengthens to 6,971.95 in Today's Trading

The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) was recorded strengthening to 6,971.95 at the close of trading this afternoon, Monday, 4 May 2026. This figure represents a 0.22% increase from the previous close on Thursday last week at 6,956.80.

Although it briefly rose to 7,067.05, the JCI did not sustain levels around 7,000 until the close of trading. Today’s level remains among the lowest for the year, while the highest level of 9,134.70 was on 20 January 2026.
