The Indonesia Composite Index (JCI) showed a positive trend at the close of session I on Tuesday (2/6/2026). According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) via Stockbit and Kontan, the JCI turned green, rising 1.49 per cent or 91.48 points to the level of 6,218.861.

The energy sector index was the largest supporter, with an increase of 2.92 per cent. This was followed by primary consumer goods, which rose 0.29 per cent, technology, which rose 0.18 per cent, and property and real estate, which strengthened by 0.17 per cent.

In addition to the strengthening indices, the deepest declines were experienced by the transportation and logistics sector, which plummeted 3.01 per cent, followed by healthcare at 1.98 per cent, finance at 0.29 per cent, and industrials at 0.25 per cent.

Exchange transaction volume stood at 18.85 billion shares with a total transaction value of Rp 14.84 trillion. Within the LQ45, the issuer PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (CUAN) surged at the close of session I.
