The Indonesia Composite Index (IHSG) ended trading on Friday (26/6) in the red, dropping 1.72% to the level of 5,896.13.

Amid the index’s weakness, stocks such as BBCA, BBRI, and BHAT acted as the primary supports for gains, while the heaviest pressure came from BREN, EMAS, and BRMS. Foreign investors continued to record net selling of Rp302.24 billion in the regular market and Rp537.25 billion across the entire market.

From a sectoral perspective, 10 out of 11 sector indices closed lower. The basic industry sector led the decline with a 5.00% correction, while the financial sector was the only sector able to remain in the green with a slight increase of 0.03%.

External sentiment also tended to be unsupportive. US stock markets closed mixed with a downward trend, where the Dow Jones and S&P 500 indices moved relatively flat, while the Nasdaq corrected by 0.24%.

Ahead of the listing of six new issuers in early July, trading activity on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) also slowed down. The average weekly transaction value fell by 29.13%, while trading volume shrank by 26.01%. On the other hand, the Indonesia ETF (EIDO) weakened by 0.59%, while the MSCI Indonesia index remained relatively stable.

On the corporate side, PT Paragon Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK) announced plans to acquire PT Deli Pratama Angkutan Laut (DPAL) from Resources Global Development Limited (RGD) with a transaction value of Rp890 billion. The acquisition includes 6,125 Series A shares, equivalent to 50.52% of all DPAL Series A shares.

Through this move, PKPK aims to integrate the coal business supply chain of its subsidiary, PT Tri Oetama Persada (TRIOP), with the logistics fleet owned by DPAL. Once the transaction is completed, the company’s total assets are projected to increase by approximately 263.28% to Rp2.28 trillion from the previous Rp627.92 billion. This increase is supported by the addition of 67 fleet units consisting of tugboats, barges, and bulk carriers.

On the other hand, liabilities are expected to rise to Rp1.42 trillion, an increase of approximately 350.65% compared to the previous position of Rp316.19 billion. This increase primarily stems from the recording of affiliated debt of Rp890 billion to RGD which is due within 12 months, as well as additional miscellaneous debt to third parties amounting to Rp156.60 billion.

Technically, PKPK shares closed above the 21 EMA level with the stochastic indicator pointing upwards.

Next is PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII), which plans to carry out a Rights Issue (PMHMETD I) through the issuance of a maximum of 684.94 million new shares at an execution price of Rp100 per share. If all shares are absorbed, the company could raise funds of approximately Rp68.49 billion.

About 90% of the proceeds from the rights issue will be used to strengthen marketing activities, including platform distribution and advertising to support business development and product distribution. Meanwhile, the remaining funds will be allocated for application development, including data centre upgrades, web hosting, system security, and human resources.

The company has set an HMETD ratio of 5:1. Shareholders who do not exercise their rights could face ownership dilution of up to 16.67%.

Qoala Technology, which holds a 4.97% stake in YOII, has stated its commitment to exercising its full HMETD rights and also receiving the transfer of rights from two major shareholders, namely Adi Wibowo Adisaputro and Djajus Adisaputro. The trading and execution period for the HMETD is scheduled for 8–21 July.

Additionally, PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) has set a final cash dividend of Rp40 per share, or Rp168.49 billion, for the 2025 fiscal year. Considering the interim dividend of Rp25 per share paid in January 2026, the total dividend distributed reaches Rp65 per share or approximately Rp274.76 billion.

The company’s performance throughout 2025 showed revenue growth of 4.80% year-on-year to US$266.67 million, compared to US$254.48 million in the previous year. Net profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity also increased by 6.61% to US$27.24 million from US$25.55 million in 2024.

At the close of trading on 26 June, RAJA shares were at the level of Rp3,780 per share, reflecting a dividend yield of approximately 1.06% based on the final dividend. The ex-dividend date in the regular and negotiated markets is scheduled for 1 July, with dividend payments to be made on 24 July.
