JCI Remains Sluggish as Foreign Investors Accumulate These Shares

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Foreign investors recorded a net sell of Rp2.4 trillion in yesterday’s trading on Tuesday (28/4/2026). Foreign investors conducted buys worth Rp5.94 trillion and sells worth Rp8.29 trillion.

Amid the dominant net sell action in the market, foreign investors continued to selectively buy several shares. Notably, several shares recorded significant net foreign buys during Tuesday’s trading (28/4/2026).

Shares of PT Abadi Lestari Indonesia Tbk (RLCO) were the most accumulated by foreigners, with a net buy value reaching Rp330.5 billion. This accumulation was carried out through the negotiated market.

In addition, foreigners were also seen entering shares in the commodities sector, particularly mining and energy, such as PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO).

A total of 352 shares rose, 374 fell, and 233 were stagnant. Trading value reached Rp17.48 trillion, involving 30.23 billion shares in 2.11 million transactions. Market capitalisation also declined to Rp12,594 trillion.

Quoting Refinitiv, Amman Mineral (AMMN) was the main drag with a weight of -8.36 points. AMMN shares corrected by 5.09% after rising 8% the previous day.

In addition, Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSSA) continued its correction for the sixth consecutive day. DSSA weighed on the JCI by -7.05 points.
