JCI First Session Soars to 7,455, Check the 3 Most Profitable Stocks

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) continued its positive trend with a sharp rise in the first trading session today. The JCI jumped 2.02 per cent or 147.86 points to 7,455.45 on Friday afternoon, 10 April 2026. The JCI moved within the range of 7,346 to an intraday high that broke through the 7,475 area. The daily transaction value was recorded at Rp9.35 trillion, with a transaction volume of Rp20.45 billion and 1.27 million trades conducted by investors. Almost all stock sectors rose relatively high in the first session. The healthcare sector was the only one lagging in the red zone, correcting by 0.10 per cent. In contrast, the cyclical consumer sector led the strengthening with 4.18 per cent. Rapid surges were also recorded in the financial sector at 3.09 per cent and the industrial sector at 2.41 per cent. The Phintraco Sekuritas analysis team assessed that, technically, a positive histogram formation on the MACD continues. Meanwhile, the Stochastic RSI indicator is heading towards the overbought area after experiencing a Golden Cross in the pivot area. “We predict the JCI has the potential to continue strengthening towards the 7,475-7,500 level in the second session trading,” stated the Phintraco Sekuritas analysis team in its daily research quoted on Friday, 10 April 2026. United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) UNTR shares followed with a rise of 3.58 per cent or 1,075 points, breaking through the 31,100 area.
