Jazuli Juwaini Leads Mathla'ul Anwar, Aims to Create Superior Human Resources
PKS politician Jazuli Juwaini has officially taken office as the General Chairman of the Mathla’ul Anwar Central Board (PBMA) for the 2026-2031 period. Jazuli expressed his desire to keep this Islamic organisation relevant amid evolving times. Jazuli’s appointment as General Chairman of PBMA stems from a decision at the congress that concluded on Monday (13/4) in Serang, Banten. According to him, this appointment marks the beginning of a new leadership direction to address global challenges. The 21st Congress urged Mathla’ul Anwar to be more adaptive, progressive, and relevant to developments in the era. Jazuli Juwaini conveyed his gratitude as well as his commitment to carrying out this mandate with full responsibility. “With the grace of Allah SWT, I accept this mandate with utmost sincerity. InsyaAllah, I will execute it to the best of my ability for the advancement of Mathla’ul Anwar in the future,” he stated. Jazuli emphasised that strengthening human resources (HR) will be the top priority in his leadership. According to him, HR quality forms the primary foundation in facing increasingly complex global challenges. “Strengthening HR is the top priority. Mathla’ul Anwar must be capable of producing superior generations that are not only strong at the national level but also able to compete globally,” he asserted. He also stressed the importance of comprehensive organisational management improvements with a professionalism approach. Future organisational structures will be built based on principles of capacity and responsibility to ensure the organisation’s effectiveness in fulfilling its role. In addition, Jazuli affirmed his commitment to bolstering Mathla’ul Anwar’s three main pillars—education, preaching, and social—as the basis for the movement in building the ummah’s civilisation. “The educational, preaching, and social programmes will we solidify as the organisation’s main strength in delivering tangible benefits to society,” he said.
