Java Jazz Festival 2026: Transjakarta Extends PIK 2-Blok M Route Operating Hours

Java Jazz Festival 2026 begins today, Friday, 29 May 2026. PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) has extended operating hours for the T31 PIK 2-Blok M Transjabodetabek route to facilitate public access. Head of Public Relations and CSR Ayu Wardhani stated that, specifically from 29 to 31 May 2026, the T31 PIK 2-Blok M route, previously operating from 05:00 to 22:00 WIB, will now run until 00:00 WIB. “This service extension supports passenger mobility needs, particularly for those attending Jakarta’s largest international music event,” she said in Jakarta on Friday. She emphasised that Transjakarta continues to provide responsive public transport services, and the extended hours aim to ease access for festival attendees, especially for evening return journeys. Ayu also urged the public to utilise public transport for travel to and from the event. The Java Jazz Festival 2026, held from 29-31 May at NICE PIK 2, features artists including Wave to Earth, Daniel Caeser, Ella Mai, and Indonesian musicians Yovie Widianto, Mahalini, Ruth Sahanya, and RAN.
