Jasindo's travel insurance product wins 2026 outstanding brand award
Jakarta — PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) has won the “Indonesia Brand Excellence in Customer Value 2026” award with a “Very Good” rating for its Jasindo Travel Insurance product in the travel insurance category.
Brellian Gema Widayana, Corporate Secretary of Jasindo, stated that the award represents recognition of the travel protection product developed by the company.
“We believe that customer value does not only come from the products offered, but also from the experience they have when using Jasindo Insurance services,” Brellian said in Jakarta on Thursday.
The award was presented at the “Conference and Awarding Brand Excellence in Customer Value 2026” event. The assessment was conducted through a survey of more than 5,000 customer respondents across six major cities in Indonesia: Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Makassar.
Brellian explained that Jasindo Travel Insurance is a travel protection product designed for people undertaking domestic and international travel.
The product provides protection including personal accident benefits, medical coverage during international travel, protection for electronic and fashion items, and visa rejection protection.
“Through Jasindo Travel Insurance, we hope that the public can obtain protection during their travels,” he said.
He added that premiums for the product are offered from Rp5,000 to provide affordable travel protection options for the public.
“We view customer trust as very important. Therefore, we will continue to provide optimal protection services for the community,” Brellian stated.
