Jasindo Travel Insurance Wins Customer Value Excellence Award from Thousands of Customers
PT Asuransi Jasindo’s Jasindo Travel Insurance product has won the Indonesia Brand Excellence in Customer Value 2026 award with a “Very Good” rating in the travel insurance category. The award was presented at the Conference & Awarding Brand Excellence in Customer Value 2026 in Jakarta.
The award assessment was conducted through a survey of over 5,000 respondents who are customers across six major cities: Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, and Makassar. The survey was conducted directly to assess customer perceptions of the value delivered by the brand to its consumers.
Brellian Gema Widayana, Corporate Secretary of Asuransi Jasindo, stated that the award reflects customer evaluation of the travel protection product offered by the company.
“We believe that customer value does not only come from the product offered, but also from the experience they have when using Asuransi Jasindo’s services. We thank all our customers who have entrusted their protection to us,” said Brellian on Thursday (12/3/2026).
Brellian explained that Jasindo Travel Insurance is provided to offer protection for those undertaking domestic and international travel. The product includes a range of protection benefits, including personal accident compensation, medical coverage for international travel, protection for electronic and fashion items, and visa rejection protection.
According to Brellian, the travel insurance product also offers premiums starting from Rp5,000. This scheme was designed to provide travel protection options that are more accessible to the public.
