Jasindo forges diverse partnerships to boost insurance literacy
Jakarta (ANTARA) – PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) is strengthening strategic initiatives to raise public awareness of the importance of insurance protection through various collaborations with companies and institutions across Indonesia.
Brellian Gema Widayana, Corporate Secretary of state-owned insurer Jasindo, stated in Jakarta on Thursday that the company has designated 2026 as a momentum to expand partnerships and drive public insurance literacy.
“Collaboration is one of the keys for Jasindo in expanding the reach of protection to society. Therefore, in 2026, we continue to strengthen synergy with various strategic partners from different sectors,” said Brellian.
Jasindo has established several strategic partnerships with various companies, including Bahana Sekuritas, PT MRT Jakarta, and Jamkrindo. These collaborations aim to strengthen the financial services ecosystem whilst expanding public access to insurance products.
With Bahana Sekuritas, Jasindo has launched an Insurance Reward Programme for DXTrade customers. This programme serves as an appreciation to active customers whilst creating opportunities for the public to become better acquainted with insurance protection products.
In the public transport sector, the company has partnered with PT MRT Jakarta to strengthen risk protection for infrastructure and operations. This collaboration supports enhanced risk management within the transport services ecosystem, including protection for MRT users.
Through this partnership, Jasindo provides coverage for MRT Jakarta passengers, including emergency medical costs from accidents (hospitalisation, outpatient care, and dental treatment), and surgical procedures for illness and accidents up to Rp5 million. Coverage also includes loss of electronic items and fashion goods up to Rp1.5 million, death benefits from accidents up to Rp5 million, permanent disability benefits from accidents up to Rp5 million, and cash loss replacement up to Rp250,000.
Additionally, Jasindo has established a joint marketing collaboration with Jamkrindo. Under this arrangement, Jamkrindo serves as a referrer, recommending Jasindo products to prospective customers requiring additional protection. Through this scheme, the company aims to reach approximately 10,000 customers whilst driving premium growth.
Brellian affirmed that these various collaborations are expected to expand public access to protection products and foster growth in the national insurance industry.
