Jasindo Expands Insurance Access through Cross-Sector Collaboration
Jakarta – Asuransi Jasindo has reaffirmed its commitment to increasing public awareness about the importance of insurance protection by establishing 2026 as a key year for strengthening strategic collaborations with various companies and institutions across Indonesia.
The Company Secretary of Asuransi Jasindo, Brellian Gema Widayana, stated that the company’s collaborative efforts have already been established with several Indonesian firms, including Bahana Sekuritas, MRT Jakarta, and Jamkrindo.
“Collaboration is one of the key strategies for Asuransi Jasindo to expand the reach of protection to the public. For this reason, in 2026, we continue to strengthen synergies with various strategic partners from different sectors,” said Brellian on Thursday, 12 March 2026.
He explained that the company has established a strategic partnership with Bahana Sekuritas through an Insurance Reward Programme for DXTrade customers as a form of appreciation for active customers whilst expanding public access to insurance products. In the public transport sector, Asuransi Jasindo is collaborating with PT MRT Jakarta to strengthen infrastructure risk protection.
“This collaboration includes protection for MRT assets and operations to minimise potential risks that could disrupt public transport services, which are an important part of urban mobility,” he added.
Furthermore, alongside PT MRT Jakarta, Asuransi Jasindo is supporting enhanced risk management within the transport services ecosystem. The collaboration encompasses asset and operational aspects, including protection for MRT users as part of efforts to maintain the reliability of public transport services, which form the backbone of urban mobility.
As part of this partnership, Asuransi Jasindo provides protection for MRT Jakarta passengers, including emergency medical costs resulting from accidents for both inpatient and outpatient care, as well as dental treatment, and surgical procedures for illness and accidents up to IDR 5 million. Coverage also includes loss of electronic and fashion goods up to IDR 1.5 million, death benefits from accidents up to IDR 5 million, permanent disability benefits from accidents up to IDR 5 million, and replacement of lost cash up to IDR 250,000.
Meanwhile, to expand market reach, Asuransi Jasindo has also collaborated with Jamkrindo through joint marketing arrangements. In this partnership, Jamkrindo serves as a referrer, recommending Asuransi Jasindo products to prospective customers requiring additional protection.
