PT Jasaraharja Putera, a general insurance subsidiary of PT Jasa Raharja, booked a net profit of Rp234.49 billion for the 2025 financial year, a 41 per cent increase compared to the previous year. President Director Abdul Haris said the achievement was supported by improved operational performance, risk management, and a strengthening of the company’s fundamentals, resulting from synergy among all stakeholders to support the company’s business transformation and strengthening. ‘The company’s achievements motivate us to continue strengthening performance, improving service quality, and providing protection that adds value for the public,’ Abdul said in an official statement received in Jakarta on Wednesday. The performance was presented at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 Financial Year. In terms of capital, the company recorded a Risk Based Capital ratio of 371.90 per cent as of 31 December 2025, up from 339.78 per cent the previous year and well above the Financial Services Authority’s minimum requirement of 120 per cent. Insurance revenue was recorded at Rp1.61 trillion, while insurance service results reached Rp319.20 billion, an increase of 10.22 per cent compared to 2024. At the same time, insurance service expenses fell 16.27 per cent year-on-year to Rp908.61 billion, which the company said reflects improved business portfolio quality and risk management effectiveness. ‘With a spirit of transformation and good governance, we are optimistic we can continue to grow healthily and sustainably in the future,’ he said. The company also maintained its ‘AA-’ rating with a stable outlook from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia in 2025. The rating, he said, demonstrates the company’s ability to meet long-term financial obligations amid insurance industry dynamics. Abdul said Jasaraharja Putera will focus on strengthening business quality, improving customer experience, utilising digital technology, and developing human resources to support sustainable business growth.
