Jasamarga Transjawa Repairs Km 28 on Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road
Bekasi (ANTARA) - PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) is carrying out maintenance activities by repairing the point at Km 28+175 on lane A towards Cikampek on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road section after officers found a road surface condition at the location that requires immediate handling.
“This road maintenance is an effort to maintain the safety, security, and comfort of road users,” said Senior Manager Representative Office 1 of PT JTT, Amri Sanusi, in Bekasi, West Java, on Wednesday.
He explained that the road maintenance activity through responsive handling was carried out after the company received a report from field officers to ensure that traffic conditions remain safe and controlled.
“After receiving the report on Tuesday (5/5/2026) at 21:13 WIB, the team immediately headed to the location and carried out initial handling by closing lane 3 and lane 4 at 21:45 WIB to support the handling process and maintain the safety of road users,” he clarified.
Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, added that the company, together with relevant parties, continues to conduct evaluations and accelerate handling at the work location.
“We continue to carry out intensive monitoring as well as coordination with relevant parties to ensure that the handling process runs optimally so that the safety and comfort of road users remain maintained,” she said.
The company is currently evaluating the existing subsoil conditions as the basis for further handling at the location. During the handling process, road users are advised to anticipate travel time.
Drivers are also asked to ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, maintain a safe distance, and comply with signs and instructions from field officers, especially around the work location.
The company apologises for any inconvenience arising from this handling activity and urges road users to remain cautious and follow the instructions of officers for collective safety.
