Jasamarga to Repair Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road Over One Week
PT JASAMARGA Transjawa Tol (JTT) is carrying out routine maintenance over the next week on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road section. This effort forms part of the commitment to maintaining infrastructure reliability. Senior Manager of Representative Office 1 at PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Amri Sanusi, stated that preventive maintenance or repairs are necessary to ensure the road remains in optimal, safe, and comfortable condition for toll road users. “In line with our commitment to maintaining infrastructure reliability, JTT is planning preventive maintenance activities in the form of road pavement reconstruction,” he said, as quoted from Antara on Tuesday, 5 May 2026. The road pavement work will be carried out from KM 57+945 to KM 57+845 on lane B towards Jakarta, on lane 1, starting on Monday, 4 May at 08.00 WIB until Sunday, 10 May at 02.00 WIB. “During the work period, traffic will be regulated situationally to ensure the safety of road users and the smooth flow of traffic,” Amri added. Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal at PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the maintenance activities are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to maintain the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for toll roads and keep the toll road infrastructure in optimal condition for users. Through these maintenance and road pavement quality improvement activities, Jasamarga aims to ensure that road users can pass safely and comfortably, while also maintaining the reliability of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road as one of the main mobility routes for the public. “As an early notification to road users, JTT will also disseminate information about this work through the installation of work banners and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) along the toll road,” she said. Ria urged all road users to remain cautious when passing through the work area. “We apologise for any inconvenience that may arise due to this work. Road users are advised to obey traffic signs and follow the instructions of on-site officers,” she said.
