Bekasi – PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC) has begun repair work on the bridge junction area and road maintenance on the Mohamed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Elevated Section, as part of efforts to enhance driving safety and comfort.

‘Maintenance work is also part of meeting the toll road concession company’s minimum service standards to ensure the safety and comfort of road users,’ said Desti Anggraeni, General Manager of Operations and Maintenance at PT JJC, in Bekasi, West Java, on Wednesday.

She explained that the road maintenance and bridge junction works are carried out periodically along the MBZ Elevated Section in both the Cikampek-bound and Jakarta-bound directions, from today through Sunday (25 May 2026), during the window time of 22:00–05:00 WIB.

She emphasised that the MBZ Section will continue to operate normally in both directions despite the works.

The company has prepared safety signage in accordance with standard, such as rubber cones, lane lights or work location markers at night to protect road users and workers at the site.

‘We also always station traffic control personnel during the works,’ she said.

They are also socialising the planned works by posting outdoor notices via Dynamic Message Sign on both directions of the MBZ Elevated Section to ensure information is well received by road users.

‘Prioritise safety, ensure drivers are in prime condition and that vehicles are roadworthy. Contact our 24-hour one-call centre at 133 or via the Travoy app available on iOS and Android to access the latest traffic information across the Jasa Marga Group’s toll roads,’ she added.
