Jasamarga Records 1.15 Million Vehicles on Pandaan Toll Road

PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang recorded 1,155,152 vehicles entering and leaving Malang from H-10 to H+5 of Idul Fitri 1447 H, or 11-27 March 2026. This figure represents a 21.14% increase compared to normal 2026 traffic of 953,562 vehicles. General Manager of Operations JPM Muhammad Reza Pahlevi Guntur assured that optimal services would continue to be provided to road users amid the long Idul Fitri 1447 H holiday. “There was a very significant increase in vehicle movements towards and away from Malang and Batu,” he stated in Surabaya on Saturday, 28 March 2026, as reported by Antara. PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang also recorded traffic volumes at each Toll Gate (GT) on the Pandaan-Malang section during Idul Fitri 2026. At GT Purwodadi, 60,118 vehicles entered Malang, up 15.40% from the normal 52,096 vehicles. Meanwhile, 62,060 vehicles left Malang, up 15.70% from the normal 53,640 vehicles. GT Lawang recorded 58,263 vehicles entering Malang, up 16.65% from the normal 49,947 vehicles, while 67,613 vehicles left Malang, up 7.08% from the normal 63,142 vehicles. GT Singosari saw 263,966 vehicles entering Malang, up 18.35% from the normal 223,033 vehicles, and 266,192 vehicles leaving Malang, up 27.5% from the normal 208,779 vehicles. Next, GT Pakis recorded 64,713 vehicles entering Malang, up 14.64% from the normal 56,450 vehicles, and 59,716 vehicles leaving Malang, up 14.18% from the normal 52,302 vehicles. GT Malang recorded 133,265 vehicles entering Malang, up 32.53% from the normal traffic of 100,554 vehicles, and 119,246 vehicles leaving Malang, up 27.37% from the normal 93,619 vehicles. PT Jasamarga Pandaan Malang urged toll road users to prepare their journeys as best as possible by ensuring vehicles are in prime condition and refuelling or recharging before travel. Toll road users are also expected to top up their electronic money card balances, bring adequate provisions, and rest at available facilities if fatigued.
