Jasamarga provides aid to 400 orphans across Trans-Java toll corridor
Bekasi — PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has provided aid to a total of 400 orphaned children simultaneously across the Trans-Java toll route in the spirit of sharing and strengthening social care during the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1447 Hijriah.
Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT Ria Marlinda Paallo stated that the activity was carried out across four main operational regions of the company, encompassing the Jakarta-Cikampek toll segment, Palimanan-Kanci, Semarang Sections A, B and C, and Surabaya-Gempol.
“This activity is part of the company’s commitment to continue providing benefits to communities in the vicinity of the company’s operational areas,” she said in Bekasi on Wednesday.
She explained that the activity involved management personnel and representatives of employees in each operational region as a manifestation of social concern and an effort to strengthen relationships with communities surrounding the toll road operational areas.
“Through this aid programme, the company wishes to share joy. We hope the company’s presence is felt not only through infrastructure services but also through social concern that can provide real benefits to the surrounding environment,” she stated.
“Ramadhan is a moment to strengthen social concern and togetherness. Through this activity, we hope to bring happiness to orphaned children whilst strengthening fellowship between the company and the community,” she said.
The activity is also part of the company’s commitment to fulfilling social responsibility and strengthening the value of togetherness between the company and communities along the Trans-Java toll corridor.
The company hopes that through various social activities carried out continuously, it can provide positive contributions to the community whilst adding value to the environment surrounding its operational areas.
