Jasa Raharja's Digital Transformation Awarded Recognition

Jasa Raharja has received two prestigious awards at the 15th National SOE Awards 2026, held in Jakarta on Tuesday, 10 March. The awards represent national recognition of the company’s successful digital transformation efforts to enhance the quality of public services in Indonesia.

At the event organised by BUMN Track in collaboration with BTA Academy, Jasa Raharja won the Best Company Digital Transformation award in the SOE Subsidiary category. Beyond corporate recognition, Jasa Raharja’s Chief Executive Officer, Muhammad Awaluddin, was also honoured as Best CEO Digital Public Service Transformation.

Head of the 2026 SOE Awards Jury Panel, Arief Yahya emphasised that the transformation undertaken by state-owned enterprises must go beyond mere organisational restructuring. “True transformation is a transformation of culture and mindset oriented towards speed, scale, and sustainability. This award is expected to be a catalyst for change for SOEs towards Golden Indonesia,” Arief stated on Wednesday, 11 March.

Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Awaluddin stated that the award represents concrete evidence of digitalisation’s impact on public convenience. The technology innovations developed by Jasa Raharja focus on cross-institutional data integration that is increasingly accurate. “This award proves our digital transformation can deliver real impact. We continue to integrate data with police and hospitals to accelerate the process of delivering compensation to traffic accident victims in a transparent and accountable manner,” Awaluddin said.

Awaluddin added that this digitalisation demonstrates the state’s tangible commitment to protecting traffic accident victims. Service speed has become Jasa Raharja’s primary standard in fulfilling its mandate. He stated that transformation within Jasa Raharja is also aligned with the broader agenda of strengthening SOE governance, including optimising economic value through an integrated ecosystem. This aligns with the new role of Danantara Indonesia as manager of strategic state assets and investments.

“With this award, Jasa Raharja commits to further strengthening cross-sector collaboration so that accident insurance services become increasingly accessible to all segments of society throughout the nation,” he concluded.
