Jasa Raharja Highlights Speed of Traffic Accident Victim Handling, Mentions Golden Period

Jakarta — PT Jasa Raharja attended the Police Dokkes Technical Working Meeting (Rakernis) for 2026 as part of strengthening cross-sector collaboration to improve the quality of treatment for traffic accident victims. The forum served as a momentum to continually reinforce synergy with the police, hospitals, and other stakeholders to reduce fatalities from traffic accidents in Indonesia. Rakernis Dokkes Polri 2026 discussed various enhancements to health services and emergency response, including the implementation of police health services, disaster victim handling, and strengthening the capacity of Bhayangkara hospitals across regions. During the event, a presentation was delivered on the Diagnosis of Injuries, Formularium, and the National Medical Compendium of Jasa Raharja (DC-FKMN-JR) 2025/2026, by the Chair of the Medical Advisory Board, Prof. Dr. dr. Agus Purwadianto, Sp.FM.Subsp.E.M(K), S.H., M.Si. Dewi Aryani Suzana, Director of Institutional Relations at Jasa Raharja, stated that handling traffic accident victims requires rapid response and strong inter-agency coordination, especially during the golden period which is crucial to the safety of victims. “Handling traffic accident victims requires strong collaboration between the police, hospitals, and Jasa Raharja so that victims receive rapid treatment, thereby reducing fatality risk,” she said. According to her, strengthening health services and the victim-handling system is an essential part of building a better traffic safety ecosystem. Therefore, Jasa Raharja continues to strengthen digital transformation of services to support the underwriting and treatment process for victims more quickly and in an integrated manner. One of the innovations being reinforced is the implementation of JR Care, which supports the process of verification of treatment for accident victims in hospitals digitally and in real time. This system enables underwriting processes to be completed faster so that hospitals can promptly provide medical actions without being hindered by administrative procedures. In addition to strengthening the service system, Jasa Raharja also continues to support improvements in the management of traffic accident victim handling in cooperation with partner hospitals. This includes developing the Diagnosis of Injuries, Formularium, and the National Medical Compendium of Jasa Raharja (DC-FKMN-JR) 2025/2026, which serves as the framework for the handling of traffic accident cases in Jasa Raharja partner hospitals.
