Jasa Raharja ensures swift public services during Eid 2026
Jakarta — Jasa Raharja is ensuring its public services during the 2026 Eid holiday period operate swiftly, responsively and with precision.
Chief Executive Muhammad Awaluddin has instructed all company personnel to prioritise excellent service and ensure that every public service during the Eid alert period (13–27 March 2026) runs quickly, responsively and targets the right people.
“The Eid period always brings exceptionally high public mobility. Therefore, I have instructed all Jasa Raharja staff to increase operational readiness, strengthen cross-sector coordination, and ensure every traffic accident victim receives treatment and compensation quickly and properly. No victim should wait, and no incident should escape our service,” Awaluddin said in a statement in Jakarta on Friday.
He also emphasised the importance of utilising data on public movement and evaluation results from previous periods to map potential traffic accident risks.
Beyond main departure routes, vigilance must also be increased in destination areas and tourist zones likely to experience surges in public activity.
To support such readiness, the company has optimised various service infrastructure, including integrated service posts spread across several strategic locations. These posts result from cooperation with the Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) and various stakeholders, aiming to provide information, assistance, and safety support to holidaymakers on their journeys.
Additionally, tactical tents are available at strategic toll routes, and traffic safety units are stationed across regional offices and branches. All these facilities have been prepared to ensure rapid response should traffic accidents occur, while simultaneously providing road safety education to the public.
Awaluddin also reminded that intensive coordination with various stakeholders such as Korlantas Polri, the Ministry of Transport, BPJS Health, and partner hospitals are key factors in ensuring smooth compensation services for traffic accident victims.
“We must ensure all Jasa Raharja traffic accident insurance services operate optimally during the Eid alert period. Readiness must be maintained around the clock, with immediate monitoring and reporting so that every incident can be promptly handled,” he said.
Jasa Raharja held a mobilisation ceremony for the 2026 Eid alert period, serving as a national consolidation moment for all company personnel to ensure operational readiness in facing increased public mobility during the 2026 Eid holiday departure and return periods.
This effort reflects the company’s commitment to protecting the public through its traffic accident insurance services and aligns with the spirit of state-owned enterprise transformation under the coordination of Danantara Indonesia, whilst strengthening the state’s presence through improved public service quality in the transport sector.
