Jasa Raharja continues to strive to provide responsive and adaptive public services in response to field dynamics.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Jasa Raharja’s President Director, Muhammad Awaluddin, has assured improvements in services through accelerated compensation, strengthened data, and cross-sector collaboration to deliver responsive and adaptive public services.

“Jasa Raharja continues to strive to provide public services that are responsive and adaptive to field dynamics,” said Awaluddin at the Coordination Meeting for Analysis and Evaluation (Anev) of Operasi Ketupat 2026 held in Semarang, Central Java, as stated in Jakarta on Friday.

He conveyed that the company’s presence at the meeting reaffirms its commitment as a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem to continue strengthening public services.

“Especially in protecting public transportation users during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 H homecoming and return flow period,” he stated.

The meeting served as a momentum to evaluate the implementation of Operasi Ketupat 2026 while formulating improvement steps to enhance safety and smoothness for future Operasi Ketupat and Lebaran transportation operations.

“This coordination meeting is an important momentum to strengthen cross-sector collaboration. The evaluation provides a comprehensive overview of the implementation of Operasi Ketupat 2026,” he said.

He stated that Jasa Raharja is committed to continuously improving service quality, particularly in accelerating compensation delivery and optimising field coordination.

“So that our presence is truly felt by the public,” he added.

Furthermore, he noted that inter-agency synergy is the key to creating a safe transportation system.

Through technological support, data strengthening, and improved human resource capacity, Jasa Raharja continues to strive to provide responsive and adaptive public services in response to field dynamics.

He added that the company’s participation in the Rakor Anev Operasi Ketupat 2026 strengthens Jasa Raharja’s role in supporting a safe and sustainable national transportation system through cross-sector collaboration.

“Going forward, Jasa Raharja will continue to strengthen its role as a reliable Jasa Raharja accident insurance provider as well as one of the stakeholders in improving traffic safety,” he said.

In providing basic protection for traffic accident victims, Jasa Raharja plays an active role in supporting the success of Operasi Ketupat through various strategic steps.

From intensive coordination with the police and related agencies, to the readiness of field officers in ensuring that the handling of accident victims proceeds quickly and accurately as part of the commitment to serve wholeheartedly.

National Police Traffic Corps Chief Irjen Pol. Agus Suryonugroho, in opening the meeting, emphasised that the success of Operasi Ketupat 2026 is not only measured by traffic flow smoothness but also by the level of road user safety.

He stressed the importance of cross-sector synergy in maintaining traffic stability during the homecoming and return flow period, including traffic engineering optimisation, personnel readiness, and the use of technology to support quick and accurate decision-making.

Meanwhile, Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi, who was also present at the meeting, stated that evaluation is an important part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of Lebaran transportation services.

The Minister hopes that in the future, Lebaran transportation services can be even better, as public expectations of the state continue to rise.

“Innovation must continue to be introduced so that the public can experience safe, comfortable, and secure journeys,” said the Minister.

The meeting was also attended by Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono, ASDP President Director Heru Widodo, and Pelindo Director Achmad Muchtasyar.
