Jakarta (ANTARA) - Jasa Raharja has ensured readiness of services for those returning home during the Eid al-Fitr 2026 return flow across Sumatra and the Merak-Bakauheni crossing through monitoring at several crucial points.

Director of Compliance and Risk Management at Jasa Raharja, Harwan Muldidarmawan, stated that the monitoring is conducted to ensure all operational services run optimally, particularly in supporting public safety and comfort.

“We want to ensure that all Jasa Raharja personnel in the field are ready to provide the best, swift, and accurate services. This return flow momentum serves as a test of our preparedness in providing protection to the public,” said Harwan in his statement from Jakarta on Saturday.

Monitoring has been carried out since 24 March 2026, reviewing service readiness across the Merak-Bakauheni crossing, including a visit to PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry at Merak Port.

In addition, Jasa Raharja teams have also directly greeted returning travellers to gather input as part of strengthening synergy among stakeholders, aimed at improving safety and service quality.

The activities continued with a visit to traffic accident victims at RS Urip Sumoharjo in Bandar Lampung, as well as an inspection of the Begadang V Integrated Service Post.

On that occasion, Jasa Raharja also supported the escorting of the return flow of two-wheeled vehicles from Bandar Lampung to Bakauheni Port alongside the police.
