Jasa Raharja Completes Compensation for Victims of KRL-KA Accident in Bekasi
Jasa Raharja’s Operational Director, Ariyandi, stated that compensation for deceased victims has been handed over to all heirs. “Jasa Raharja is committed to ensuring that all compensation for accident victims is settled quickly, accurately, and transparently,” Ariyandi said in his statement on Thursday (30/4/2026). He made this remark after delivering compensation to the heirs of the deceased victim, Nur Ainia Eka Rahmadhyna, in Bekasi. He added that coordination with various parties continues, including hospitals, police, and victims’ families, to ensure no obstacles in the compensation settlement process. “Every victim has rights that must be fulfilled. Therefore, we continue to assist heirs so that the administrative process can be completed promptly,” Ariyandi added. Ariyandi said that this compensation delivery represents the state’s presence in providing basic protection to the public. “We hope this compensation will be beneficial for the family. And of course, we extend our condolences and pray that the family is granted strength,” he expressed. Furthermore, Ariyandi stated that each heir of a deceased victim receives compensation of Rp50 million in accordance with regulations. In addition, through cooperation with Jasaraharja Putera and PT KAI, an additional compensation of Rp40 million is provided. Meanwhile, for injured victims, Jasa Raharja guarantees treatment costs up to a maximum of Rp20 million, as well as additional coverage up to Rp30 million from Jasaraharja Putera.
