Jasa Marga Toll Tariff Discount Begins Today, Valid for Only Two Days
JAKARTA — PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk began implementing a 30 per cent toll tariff discount on Sunday, 15 March 2026 at 00.00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB).
The programme runs until Monday, 16 March 2026 at 24.00 WIB, spanning two days during the 2026 Lebaran exodus period.
Chief Executive Officer Rivan A. Purwantono stated that the discount aims to facilitate public travel during the Lebaran holiday and help distribute traffic flow more evenly across the network.
The discount applies to toll road users making continuous journeys and paying via electronic toll cards. The programme covers nine toll road sections managed by the Jasa Marga Group.
On the Trans Java network, the discount applies to the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll, Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Elevated Road, Palimanan–Kanci Toll, Batang–Semarang Toll, and Semarang Sections ABC Toll.
On the Trans Sumatra network, the tariff reduction applies to the Belawan–Medan–Tanjung Morawa (Belmera) Toll and Medan–Kualanamu–Tebing Tinggi (MKTT) Toll.
For example, a continuous journey from GT Cikampek Utama to GT Kalikangkung decreases from Rp 446,500 to Rp 289,450 for Class I vehicles.
Similarly, travel from GT Kalihurip Utama to GT Cisumdawu Utama drops from Rp 134,000 to Rp 93,800.
On Trans Sumatra, the fare from GT Pangkalan Brandan to GT Sinaksak/Simpang Panei reduces from Rp 221,000 to Rp 187,600, whilst the journey from GT Pangkalan Brandan to GT Kisaran decreases from Rp 263,500 to Rp 224,200.
Jasa Marga recorded 459,570 vehicles departing the Greater Jakarta area from 11–13 March 2026 (H-10 to H-8 Lebaran), representing a 4.8 per cent increase compared to the normal daily average of 438,342 vehicles.
The majority of vehicles, totalling 201,457 units or 43.8 per cent, travelled eastward towards Trans Java and Bandung. A further 158,053 vehicles headed westward towards Merak, and 100,060 vehicles travelled southward towards the Puncak region.
