Jasa Marga Profit Reaches Rp1.9 Trillion in First Half of 2026
PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) recorded profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp1.9 trillion in the first half of 2026. This achievement represents a slight growth of 2% compared to the same period in the previous year, which stood at Rp1.8 trillion.
This profit achievement stemmed from operating revenue, which grew by 7.6% to Rp10.3 trillion compared to the same period last year. This revenue was driven by toll revenue contributions of Rp9.5 trillion, an increase of 6.8%, and the performance of other operating income at Rp798.2 billion, up 17.6% from the previous period.
Revenue growth, balanced with measured operational optimisation, successfully pushed the Company’s EBITDA to Rp7 trillion, an 8.1% increase compared to the same period last year, while maintaining an EBITDA margin at 67.8%.
President Director of Jasa Marga, Rivan A. Purwantono, stated that the achievement in the first half of 2026 reflects the trust of toll road users and JSMR’s ability to maintain business growth while strengthening business fundamentals sustainably.
“For us, solid financial performance and healthy cash flow are the primary capital to continue investing in improving service standards, digitising traffic management systems, and refurbishing facilities across all toll corridors,” he said on Monday (31/8/2026).
Throughout the first half of 2026, total transaction volume was recorded at 647.5 million vehicles, a 1.7% increase compared to the same period the previous year, with an average daily traffic (LHR) realisation of 3.58 million vehicles per day.
The increase in transaction volume also drove the growth in toll revenue, while demonstrating the potential for mobility growth within the toll road network managed by Jasa Marga.
As of the end of June 2026, out of the total 1,736 km of concessions held, the Company has operated 1,294 km of toll roads, equivalent to 42% of the total operating toll road network in Indonesia.
The strengthening of this network continues through the accelerated construction of several new sections, including the Jakarta-Cikampek II South Toll Road, the Patimban Access Toll Road, the Yogyakarta-Bawen Toll Road, the Solo-Yogyakarta-YIA Kulon Progo Toll Road, and the Probolinggo-Situbondo-Banyuwangi Toll Road.
“The development of these projects is directed towards strengthening inter-regional connectivity, connecting logistics hubs, industrial areas, and tourist destinations to generate new traffic, while simultaneously improving the smoothness of the national supply chain,” he added.
