Jakarta — The Managing Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Rivan A Purwantono, announced the launch of a new Call Centre 133 to provide toll road users experiencing emergencies with rapid access to assistance services.

“The 133 access code will make it easier for toll road users experiencing emergencies to quickly contact assistance services. Additionally, this number is easier to remember due to its unique digit sequence,” Rivan stated in a statement released in Jakarta on Wednesday.

With the three-digit number, he explained, the service becomes more responsive and enables toll road users to access information, report emergencies, and request assistance from field personnel more readily.
