PT Jasa Marga has often been criticized through the media
either for its notorious services or the bad conditions of toll
roads in some locations. But this company seems to be indifferent
to public complaints.

For example, on the Cawang-Grogol segment of the toll road,
right in front of Wisma Indomobil, several holes in the road's
surface are left unrepaired, which is quite dangerous to road
users. Driving at about 80 to 100 kilometers per hour, you are
highly likely to meet with an accident, at the least they will
cause damages to your cars.

Remember road users have paid a high price for these
facilities, so it would be fair for Jasa Marga to give the best
services to the public.
