Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has introduced the Travoy Center as an interactive space to present the Travoy Application, part of a digital ecosystem designed to support public needs throughout every stage of a journey.

“Jasa Marga does not only connect roads, but also provides a travel experience tailored to customer needs,” said the President Director of Jasa Marga, Rivan A. Purwantono, in a statement in Jakarta on Sunday.

Jasa Marga introduced the application during the Danantara Housing Expo 2026. The Travoy Center invites visitors to experience “connected and seamless mobility,” ranging from trip preparation and the journey itself to post-travel needs.

He expressed hope that the presence of the Travoy Center would highlight the link between housing and mobility as inseparable parts of daily community activities.

Through various interactive activities, visitors can learn how the Travoy Application integrates various travel requirements into one digital ecosystem, ensuring that journeys to and from residential areas can be prepared and undertaken more smoothly, safely, and comfortably.

Rivan stated that Jasa Marga’s participation in the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is part of the Company’s efforts to deliver service transformations that are increasingly aligned with public needs, including the use of digital technology to support a comprehensive travel experience.

“Through the presence of the Travoy Center at the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, we want to invite the public to experience firsthand the ‘Seamless Way to Go’ experience, which offers more practical mobility through the connectivity of various services within an increasingly connected digital ecosystem,” said Rivan.

This series of activities is part of the introduction of the Travoy ecosystem, which supports various user needs at every stage of a journey.

From the moment users enter a toll gate, they can utilise transaction services via digital receipts, top-ups, and contactless transactions based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) stickers. When a break is needed, users can find facility information through Travoy Rest, including the availability of petrol stations and electric vehicle charging stations (SPKLU) in rest areas.

Meanwhile, if users encounter issues during their journey, they can access the One Call Centre 133 to obtain assistance, including towing services and field officer support.
