Jasa Marga Guarantees Motorway Repairs Complete by 13 March

Jakarta — Ahead of the 2026 Lebaran holiday exodus, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has assured that repair work on multiple motorway sections will be completed by 13 March 2026.

Jasa Marga chief executive Rivan A. Purwantono stated that repair work is currently underway at several locations, including treatment of potholes on the motorway surface.

“We anticipate completion on the 13th (March). So there is no need to worry; when the time comes, there will be no more work,” said Rivan at a press conference in Bekasi, West Java, on Tuesday (10 March 2026).

He explained that repairs are being carried out based on findings by field teams, including addressing potholes on the motorway that could expand if not promptly repaired.

According to Rivan, several repair projects are now nearly complete and are targeted for full completion by 13 March 2026.

“If there are minor potholes, they still must be sealed because usually, once they start appearing, they can lead to larger holes,” he added.

Rivan assured that all repair work on the three motorway sections being handled will be finished according to schedule.

This will ensure that public travel during the 2026 Lebaran exodus period can proceed smoothly.

“We guarantee that all work on the three sections will be completed by the 13th so that the public can travel safely,” said Rivan.
