Jasa Marga Continues Periodic Maintenance on Cipularang-Padaleunyi Toll Roads
Purwakarta (ANTARA) - PT Jasa Marga is continuing periodic maintenance works on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi toll road sections as an effort to maintain quality and ensure the safety and comfort of toll road users.
Senior Manager of Representative Office 3, Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division, Agus Susilo, stated in Purwakarta, West Java, on Monday that the toll road maintenance is being carried out by Jasa Marga through Representative Office 3, Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division, in collaboration with PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance.
The periodic maintenance on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi toll roads will take place over the next few days, from Sunday (10/5) to Wednesday (13/5).
The types of maintenance work include reconstruction of pavements as well as scrapping, filling, and overlay at several points along the toll road.
On the Cipularang toll road, pavement reconstruction is being carried out, among others, on the Bandung-bound lane, specifically on Lane 2, Off Ramp Jatiluhur points 1-2. On the Jakarta-bound lane, the work is being conducted on Lane 1, from KM 67+965 to KM 67+925.
Meanwhile, on the Padaleunyi toll road towards Cileunyi, pavement reconstruction is taking place on Lanes 1-2, Off Ramp Kopo, and Off Ramp Buah Batu.
Scrapping, filling, and overlay work on the Cileunyi-bound lane is being carried out on Lane 1 access to Cileunyi, Outer Shoulder Lane, On Ramp Pasir Koja, Outer Shoulder Lane, On Ramp Buah Batu, Outer Shoulder Lane, and Off Ramp M. Toha.
For the Padaleunyi toll road towards Padalarang, scrapping, filling, and overlay work is being conducted on Lane 2 and the Outer Shoulder Lane, from KM 151+529 to KM 120+866.
According to Agus, the lanes subject to work will be temporarily impassable during the maintenance period. However, other lanes can be used for traffic.
He expressed apologies for all travel disruptions occurring on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi toll roads and assured that Jasa Marga is making every possible effort to maintain user comfort and traffic flow during the maintenance activities.
“We apologise for the travel disruptions during the maintenance activities on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi toll roads,” he said.
It was mentioned that the maintenance activities on the Cipularang and Padaleunyi toll roads are part of the company’s commitment to maintaining the reliability of toll road infrastructure while fulfilling the Minimum Service Standards (SPM).
This step also represents Jasa Marga’s swiftest anticipatory measure to ensure that the toll road conditions remain safe and comfortable for users to traverse.
