In response to the frequent complaints from toll road users,
we would like to clarify as follows:

1. Toll road users are advised to check their change before
driving on, just in case an administrative mistake occurs.

2. We also advise the drivers to pay the exact toll fee to
ensure smooth operation.

3. The fee collecting at the toll-gate is computerized, and
the machine accurately and automatically detects each vehicle.

4. We apologize to all users of the toll roads for any
inconvenience experienced so far.
