PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk is commemorating its 48th anniversary on 1 March 2026 with an emphasis on accelerating transformation from “infra as structure” to “infra as culture” as a manifestation of the company’s commitment to whole-hearted service.

Chief Executive Officer Rivan A. Purwantono stated that the transformation undertaken by the company does not merely focus on physical infrastructure development and management, but rather on building a service culture that prioritises customer experience and customer satisfaction as primary objectives.

“With a total of 1,736 km of toll road concessions and 1,294 km of these already operational, this transformation is undertaken to address the increasingly dynamic needs of road users by delivering operational service reliability capable of providing good and memorable experiences to road users,” Rivan said.

“The 48th anniversary commemoration simultaneously serves as a moment of reflection for Jasa Marga to continue strengthening whole-hearted service behaviour, thereby presenting a journey full of meaning and reinforcing Jasa Marga’s role as a driver of national connectivity oriented towards customer needs,” he added.

Rivan also expressed appreciation to all Jasa Marga employees who have successfully brought the company to achieve various positive accomplishments over the past year, including the implementation of digital service innovations and improvements in operational service quality, strengthening of corporate governance, and maintaining sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across the company’s business lines.

“On this 48th anniversary occasion, we extend our highest appreciation and gratitude to all Jasa Marga employees. The dedication, loyalty, and professionalism of our employees form a solid foundation in maintaining public trust whilst strengthening the company’s reputation. Let us continue to strengthen collaboration, uphold integrity, and enhance capabilities amid increasingly complex industry dynamics,” Rivan added.

Strengthening of internal employee capacity is also realised through the implementation of JSMR MOVE workplace culture (Modern, Optimistic, Valuable, Excellent).

JSMR MOVE represents a workplace culture manifested in the characteristics of Jasa Marga employees that are relevant to strategic direction and address future business challenges.

With JSMR MOVE, Jasa Marga employees do not merely work, but rather move with purpose. The implementation of JSMR MOVE emphasises the development of employee competencies through structured learning programmes, enhanced digital literacy, and standardisation of service practices across all operational points.

On the customer service front, Jasa Marga continues to develop technology-based innovations by optimising the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC) as the toll road traffic control centre based on Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).

JMTC serves as “the eye of the tollroad”, gathering all toll road traffic information through detection equipment installed across all Jasa Marga Group toll road sections, including over 3,500 CCTV cameras, 114 Incident Management System (IMS) points, 285 Global Positioning System (GPS) units, 7 Weigh in Motion (WIM) systems, 28 Speed Cameras, 2 Dynamic Speed Limit systems, 334 Dynamic Message Sign (DMS) points, and 246 Traffic Counting units consisting of Radar Sensors and Intelligence Traffic Analysis (ITA), all integrated through the Jasamarga Integrated Digitalmap (JID) platform.

Output from all information processing at JMTC is communicated to road users through the Travoy Mobile App, which serves as a digital travel assistant on toll roads.

Travoy is designed as an integrated platform that brings together various services and information in a single application, allowing users to obtain real-time, accurate, and easily accessible data.

The Travoy App is designed to help users plan their journeys more thoroughly through features including real-time traffic condition information, estimated travel times, route and toll fee information, digital receipts, rest area locations and facilities, and access to assistance when needed.

Beyond strengthening the digital ecosystem, Jasa Marga continues to improve the quality of sustainable Travoy Rest services to provide comfortable and high-standard rest areas.
