Jasa Marga, through its Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division (JNT/Regional Nusantara), recorded a total traffic volume of 4.1 million vehicles. This figure represents a 7.43% increase compared to the normal volume of 3.8 million vehicles on the Nusantara Regional toll roads. “From planning travel times to preparing readiness before driving, road users have helped create a safe, smooth, and comfortable Eid exodus atmosphere for everyone,” said PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk President Director Rivan A. Purwantono in a written statement on Wednesday (1/4/2026). The traffic volume on several toll roads under the Nusantara Regional continued to rise until the last day of the Eid al-Fitr 1447H/2026 outbound and return flow period. In detail, 123,303 vehicles were recorded entering via the Kualanamu Toll Gate from the direction of Kualanamu International Airport, an increase of 24.41% from the normal 99,111 vehicles. Meanwhile, vehicles heading to the airport via the Kualanamu Toll Gate totalled 132,179 units, up 24.5% from the normal volume of 106,170 vehicles. An increase was also seen on the Balikpapan-Samarinda Toll Road, with a total traffic volume of 325,414 vehicles, a 47.62% surge compared to the normal 220,437 vehicles. On the Manado-Bitung Toll Road, the traffic volume was 144,904 vehicles, up 4.97% from the normal 138,045 vehicles. Meanwhile, a significant spike occurred on the Solo-Yogyakarta NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Segment Kartasura-Prambanan. The total vehicles passing through reached 517,049 units, an 82.46% increase from the normal 283,374 vehicles. Of this number, 267,629 vehicles were recorded heading to Yogyakarta via the Prambanan Toll Gate, up 84.71% from the normal 144,888 vehicles. Vehicles leaving Yogyakarta via the Prambanan Toll Gate totalled 150,861 units, up 3.41% from the normal 145,890 vehicles. Jasa Marga advised toll road users to anticipate travel during the long Eid al-Fitr 1447H/2026 holiday period properly. “Before entering the toll road, ensure the vehicle and driver are in prime condition, confirm sufficient fuel and e-money balance, and comply with signs and instructions from on-site officers,” he emphasised.
