PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk recorded that 398,642 vehicles entered the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) region during the period of Sunday to Monday (31 May–1 June 2026), coinciding with the long holidays for Eid al-Adha 1447H, Vesak, and Pancasila Day. This total volume is an accumulation from four main toll gates: GT Cikampek Utama (towards Trans Java), GT Kalihurip Utama (towards Bandung), GT Cikupa (towards Merak), and GT Ciawi (towards Puncak).

“This figure represents an increase of 30.52 per cent compared to normal traffic levels of 305,434 vehicles,” stated Jasa Marga President Director Rivan A. Purwantono in a statement in Jakarta on Tuesday.

The distribution of traffic entering Jabodetabek during this period was dominated by arrivals from the East (Trans Java and Bandung) with 205,350 vehicles (51.5 per cent). This was followed by arrivals from the South (Puncak) at 101,751 vehicles (25.5 per cent), and from the West (Merak) at 91,541 vehicles (23 per cent).

In total, vehicles entering Jabodetabek from the Trans Java and Bandung directions reached 205,350, marking a 51.84 per cent increase compared to normal traffic. From the west, vehicles entering through the Cikupa Toll Gate on the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road were recorded at 91,541, a slight decrease of 0.22 per cent compared to normal conditions. Meanwhile, from the south, the number of vehicles entering through the Ciawi Toll Gate on the Jagorawi Toll Road reached 101,751, representing a 29.71 per cent increase over normal traffic levels.
