The President Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, Rivan A Purwantono, has announced the launch of a new call centre number 133 to simplify access for road users facing emergency situations to contact assistance services promptly.

“The access code for the number 133 will make it easier for road users experiencing emergencies to quickly contact assistance services. Additionally, this number is easier to remember due to its unique digits,” he stated on Wednesday, 18 March 2026.

With the three-digit number, the service becomes more responsive and facilitates road users in accessing information, reporting emergencies, or requesting help from on-site officers.

Jasa Marga, through the Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division (JNT/Regional Nusantara), recorded an increase in traffic volume on five Nusantara Regional Toll Roads from H-10 to H-4 of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah (H), or 11-17 March 2026.

Overall, the total traffic volume recorded was 1,311,659 vehicles. This figure represents a 2.85% increase from the normal total traffic volume of 1,275,366 vehicles.

The breakdown of traffic volumes on the five Nusantara Regional toll roads up to H-4 of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H includes the Belawan–Medan–Tanjung Morawa Toll Road, which recorded 586,770 vehicles, or a 1.66% increase from the normal total of 577,165 vehicles.

Of this traffic, 151,890 vehicles exited Medan via Amplas Gate. This number increased by 6.55% compared to the normal total traffic of 142,554 vehicles.

Meanwhile, 138,751 vehicles entered Medan via Amplas Gate, up 2.66% from the normal 135,161 vehicles.

Next, the Medan–Kualanamu–Tebing Tinggi Toll Road recorded 116,878 vehicles passing through, a 10.27% increase from the normal total of 105,991 vehicles.

Based on the data, 37,504 vehicles were recorded entering from Kualanamu Gate, originating from the direction of Kualanamu International Airport.

This figure is 13.52% higher than the normal total traffic passing through Kualanamu Gate of 33,037 vehicles. Meanwhile, 40,126 vehicles were recorded heading to Kualanamu International Airport via Kualanamu Gate, up 13.38% from the normal total of 35,390 vehicles.
