Jardine Cycle clarifies

In regards to an article published on Wednesday, Aug. 3, in
The Jakarta Post page 13 titled Jardine Cycle increases stake in
Astra International to majority, it is stated that Jardine Cycle
also owns 47.5 percent of Jakarta-based PT Tunas Ridean.

We hereby would like to clarify that up to date Jardine Cycle
& Carriage owns 37.38 percent shares of PT Tunas Ridean Tbk, the
largest and only listed independent automotive retail and finance
group in Indonesia.
