PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JAPFA), in collaboration with Edu Farmers International Foundation (Edufarmers), has opened registration for the JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri Cohort 2026 scholarship programme. The programme not only provides educational financial assistance but also equips participants with leadership training, mentoring, and experience in executing social projects.

JAPFA Director Rachmat Indrajaya stated that the scholarship is part of the company’s effort to broaden access to education while preparing a competitive young generation with strong leadership skills. “At JAPFA, we believe that investment in education is an investment in Indonesia’s future. Through the JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri Scholarship, we aim not only to help students and university attendees continue their education but also to equip them with the knowledge, leadership skills, and values needed to become agents of change who can make a positive contribution to society,” Rachmat said in a statement on Wednesday (5/8/2026).

Beyond tuition support, scholarship recipients will receive leadership development, industry insights, mentoring programmes, professional networking opportunities, and experience in designing and implementing social projects. Chairman of Edu Farmers International Foundation Yahja Djanggola said the programme is designed to provide a holistic learning experience so that participants can contribute to their respective regions. “Together with JAPFA, we aim to deliver a holistic scholarship experience. Continuous mentoring and the application of social initiatives will encourage participants to grow into resilient leaders ready to contribute to their home regions,” Yahja explained.

This year, the JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri Scholarship opens two registration tracks. The internal category is designated for children of JAPFA employees at the high school/vocational school and university levels, while the external category is open to active students from state and private universities across Indonesia. All applicants will undergo a selection process that considers academic achievement, leadership potential, and a commitment to continuous growth and community contribution. Registration for the JAPFA Untuk Anak Negeri Cohort 2026 is open from 10 July to 16 August 2026. Information regarding requirements, selection stages, and registration procedures can be accessed through the programme’s official portal.
