In my telephone May bill there are charges listed for the use
of Japati service amounting to Rp 4,950. As I have never used
this service, I feel burdened by the charge. There is no mention
of Japati in my June bill. However, my July bill greatly shocked
me because there is a charge for Japati which amounts to Rp
17,500.

The officer in charge explained to me that I was charged for
the Japati service for taking part in TV quizzes. I have checked
with all members of my family and found that no one ever took
part in such a quiz. The question now is how PT Telkom should
respond to this matter, particularly now that I feel that I have
been cheated twice.
