Japanese students perform in concert
DENPASAR, Bali: A group of Japanese students will perform in the International Indonesia-Japan Concert at the Bali International Convention Center on Aug. 23, Antara reported yesterday.
The news agency quoted Katsuo Yamashita, the Japanese consul here, as saying on Tuesday that the 26-member musical group would perform for the local public free of charge.
The group is scheduled to arrive on Aug. 22 and visit some of Bali's major tourist spots, such as Kintamani and Ubud.
Their visit to and performance in Indonesia is being sponsored by the Nagasaki city administration. (swe)
