Japanese Investment Much in the ESDM Sector, Seskab Teddy: Total Investment of Around Rp380 Trillion

Tokyo, Japan - President Prabowo Subianto succeeded in bringing an investment commitment of IDR 380 trillion during his working visit to Tokyo, Japan, Monday, March 30.

According to Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, this commitment was produced during the Indonesia-Japan business forum in Tokyo. According to Teddy, before the business forum was held, President Prabowo first met with Emperor Naruhito and Japanese Crown Prince Fumihito.

The meeting discussed various cooperation and improvement of Indonesia-Japan relations. One of the issues that was mentioned prominently was forest protection and environmental protection.

The Presidential Chief of Staff Teddy said the President’s meeting with the Emperor lasted about 45 minutes, then continued with a lunch. The total agenda in the Japanese Imperial environment lasted more than two hours.

According to the Secretary of the Cabinet, Teddy, the value of the investment commitment shows that Indonesia is an investment magnet for the world.
